Core is all that is required for the business to meet a customer need. Context is all that is required to support the Core. The Rebellion is working on changing the Context to unblock the Core.
I think it fits well with the description someone did on Strategic versus Tactics in business. There is a definition that was made by a postgraduate professor and marked me "if you want to have comeptitive advantage, you never outsource or remove from your focus, any strategic aspects of your business" this applies well with all systems. All repetitive, and low value work should be removed, automated or outsourced whereas the strategic aspects of your system/business you want to keep a close eye on it and ensure your people manage and understand it. The Rebellion has enable the organization now to optimize their system and their business which requires an organizational and business model transformation.
