Hi! I am in the US (Connecticut) and currently work to lead DevOps transformations within one segment of a large insurance company. I help organize DevOpsDays Hartford. I’m looking forward to learning how I can influence my organization to continue to move forward.

Hi, I'm based in York in the UK. I spent many years working as a dev, much of that time working either with or for ops teams; I'm now working to lead a DevOps transformation in my organisation. I'm also one of the organising team for DevOpsDays London. I first came across the DevOps topologies site a couple of years ago and cannot wait to get stuck into reading the book!

Good Morning, I am the Implementation Coordinator for Fulfillment Operations at Deluxe Corporation in Shoreview Minnesota. Our team has been working with Dev Ops for a few years and just reading the material for this week I believe this book will be a great resource for me. I have to admit I am a newbie to the book club process and I may need some mentoring!!

Hi! I am in Charlotte, NC, USA and lead teams focusing on DevOps practices, performance engineering, and QA Automation. Our company is in the middle of a transformation to optimize organizational performance, which includes more of an intentional shift away from waterfall planning and delivery to a more agile approach. I am looking forward to seeing how team topologies may help with that.

@maximilian.siegert Checkout the Enabling team pattern in chapter 5 of TT. They discuss your AMA question there a bit. Also looks like chapter 8 has a section about accelerating adoption of new/best practices that seems related.

Hi everybody, I'm from Germany and leading the tech organization of a casual games company. Always interested in learning more about how to support and enable teams to be most effective. Producing games comes with constant changes in teams and number of people and roles involved over the lifecycle of the game. So team structure, communication structure, responsibilities, etc is a constant topic of discussion among the leadership group.

<!here> Everyone should be reading the forward, preface, and chapter 1 for tomorrow's discussions!

And don't forget to post your questions in #ama_team_topologies before the AMA with Manuel at 8am PDT on Monday.
