Hey everyone! I am from St. Louis and lead a DevOps practice at a consulting company. These team structure types of conversations are always the most interesting that we get involved in and really looking forward to this book club. People and culture changes are always the hardest!

What an awesome bunch of people here already! I'm from New Zealand/Aotearoa, the land of the long white cloud. I see some fellow kiwis here too. Really looking forward to the discussions. Great idea to have this book club and thank you authors in advance for your time and a huge appreciation for such a thorough book which is already having an influence in my organisation (connectivity service provider)

Hi, I’m a freelance enterprise architect and often work with organizations that are in trouble/turnaround situations, and getting the team right is the foundation to success; so really excited about the book club to contribute and learn.

I'm also interested in learning what tools (incident tracking, devops, etc) people have found both success AND failures with.

Hi, I work in the tech management/leadership space and usually find myself working with fast-paced organisations where I typically spend most of my time ensuring the tech staff have everything they need to succeed and grow both individually and as a team whilst delivering business value. My background is mostly building and running large-scale *nix environments and I retain a passion for the tech even though these days I'm focused more on people and process.

DevOps enthusiast from Warsaw :flag-pl: here. Team Lead at Nexus Polska, we do software for hospitals. Lots of challenges: demanding market and legacy here and there + many organizational artifacts from a bygone era in our environment. But I really enjoy automating and "kaizening" important stuff. Whenever I need motivation I read and reread books. And sometimes I talk devops over beers 🙊

Hello DevOpsers, I'm a testing professional and I heard about this book club from Nigel. I'm eager to learn more about DevOps and Team Topologies from such a great crowd 👍

Hi there! I'm a development manager and raving fan of IT Revolution. I am hopeful this group will help me understand team organization differently and empower me to contribute in the conversation as my teams continue their DevOps transformation. Thanks to everyone who worked to pull this group together.
