I've been in IT Management for 20 years with a primarily Ops Director focus for various organizations (with some stints as a Software Applications manager.) I've been reading Gene Kim's books since he first started publishing and am now building an Agile Dev team out of an IT team restructured from a series of corporate acquisitions.
