*Slack Invite & Guidelines* You have access to four channels, which have the following uses: <#CRXGURW0H|intros_unicorn_project> : Start by introducing yourself when you join! <#CRV0QNYFL|discussions_unicorn_project> : All daily book and chapter discussions will be here. <#CS0PBGEU9|dockside> : Unguided discussions. <#CRWA11YN7|ama_unicorn_project> : Post questions for the author to answer in their Ask Me Anythings. <#CLPAZ8TMJ|general> : Any questions or comments for IT Revolution that are not related to _The Unicorn Project_. Please use threads to help keep the conversations organized. Hover over a comment (that isn’t already in a thread) posted in the channel and click the “Start a thread” icon that appears on the right. If you are new to Slack, there are lots of good tutorials on YouTube. If you’re still having issues, contact us. Slack Administrators: <@ULPRC893P> (IT Rev) <@ULPR8UZ1T> <@ULPQRPUC8> <@ULPRC8N4V> <@US9NBRU3Z> *Rules & Expectations* This experience is focused on interaction between readers. IT Revolution will facilitate the process and initiate some conversations using discussion cards. The author will be checking in on Slack to engage when they are available. They will also host AMA discussions at predetermined (and possibly some spontaneous) times. • Please avoid directing all your messages and questions to the author. Instead, participate with your fellow participants. • When citing specific examples from your work, please direct them at the group in a way that facilitates conversation and discourse. • Check-in and comment at least once per day. • Post your AMA questions ahead of time in the _<#CRWA11YN7|ama_unicorn_project>_ channel. • No solicitations or harassment of other participants.* *Please reach out to <@ULPRC893P> (IT Rev) on Slack or email <mailto:alexb@itrevolution.com|alexb@itrevolution.com> to report any improper conduct. Violators will be warned or removed depending on the severity of the offense. *Discussion Schedule* Below are the days we’ll be discussing each chapter of the book, so make sure to have read that part ahead of time. Part 1: January 6-10 Part 2: January 13-17 Part 3: January 20-24 *AMA Schedule* Please post your Ask Me Anything (AMA) questions ahead of time in the <#CRWA11YN7|ama_unicorn_project> channel Wednesday, January 8 @ 8:30 a.m. PDT Wednesday, January 15 @ 8:30 a.m. PDT Monday, January 27 @ TBD
