I handed TT to my CTO a week or so ago and after reading he asked me a question that was along the lines of "where would a role like customer service representative fit into the topologies?" We weren't certain if a role like that would belong to a stream-aligned team along with devs, etc. or if maybe "customer service" was something that could be considered its own value stream with its own stream-aligned team.
