Really digging Team Topologies so far, especially because it's a topic we recently started discussing at work. I Have a question about the four fundamental team topologies and how it's related to smaller organizations. If you combined our dev and IT personnel at our company, it would total ~30 folks - we currently have two sprint teams that focus on feature dev, one team of two devs for operations work, and a handful of IT folks in operations. I could see us creating a platform team and subsytem team to go along with stream teams, but the value of an enabling team in our org seems questionable at the moment since we're small enough that we do a decent job of sharing and teaching each other for now. I was wondering how much value you might've seen created at other small companies where they made one or two people the enabling team for example?
