Just my opinion on why there's a lot less discussion than we're used to. I think the beginning of the year is a challenging time to host a book club because there's often so much going on at the beginning of Q1 for a lot of companies. I was able to read a good chunk of SSF over the holidays but we've really hit the ground running the last couple weeks at work because eveyone is invigorated by the fresh start a new year brings. Makes it difficult to do more than read what others have posted.

My team's version of "We are here to help you deliver better value sooner, safer, and happier if you want to " is "Deploy more. Sleep better".

Thank you all for the great questions on today's Zoom AMA! Next Zoom AMA will be on Tuesday the 19th. In the meantime, give us your feedback on timing. πŸ™‚Β Keep at the same time. (8:30 am PST) 😐 Move it a little later, this was too early (9:30 or 10:30 am PST) πŸ™Β None of those time will work for me.

@jon093 I'm catching up on the audiobook while I work and just got to your point about federating centers of enablement. It's validating to hear I'm on the right track. I wrote a strategy document for doing that in 2018 and am now getting enterprise support to execute that plan. I'm doing it in a way that change agents self-select but are aligned to a common approach to metrics driven change. Every organization has a thin red line of Red Shirts who care. I'm trying to see how thick I can make the thin red line to make improvement resilient to staff change.

I even have buy-in from one SVP for making basic training for his direct reports part of their goals so we can align on outcome goals and bring in the middle. :)
