I Don’t mean to diss IT-revolution but lately I almost only been reading their books. I feel that is a bit fragile and might place me in a bit of an echo chamber. Again I love their books, but can you guys recommend other valuable books from other publishers. And sorry if I am out of line here

Probably not exactly what you're looking for @klaus.hebsgaard, but I've been reading a lot from O'Reilly recently. My company covers my annual subscription to their new learning platform https://www.oreilly.com/online-learning/ where you have access to hundreds of their books for free (via their web and native apps) and a lot of courses too.

I like o’reilly but I am looking more into management/business books but thanks 😀

If you're looking for something a little different, i would highly recommend "Black Box Thinking" by Matthew Syed and "Obliquity" by John Kay. They're both really interesting books about business in complex environments with some great insights and stories

The Effective Manager takes a good chunk of the Manager Tools Podcast and distills it into a book. I’d still highly recommend their podcast, too, though. https://www.manager-tools.com/manager-tools-basics
